By being a less rollicking (and undeniably more straight in all senses) early 70s glam group for two decades on, Beatles and Neil Young loving in equal measure, Oasis delivered up both mouthy anthemic singles like “Supersonic” and “Live Forever” as well as some solid album cuts like the yearning power of “Slide Away.”
