Michael Rother playing with drummer Jaki Liebezeit, rather than Dinger, is the krautrock equivalent of Charlie Watts joining The Beatles. The irony? Rother just makes him play like Dinger lollllll. A lot of that sweet, stinging Rother sustained guitar here and slow, steady hops from lilypad to lilypad with chords. A really easy album to play on loop. Not the intensity of Neu! but a lot of what you want, especially in the guitars.
